As Owner of PCS Professional Construction Services, located in Belmont, California, John F. Sims provides project planning and project management scheduling, estimating and project management services to general contractors, school districts, hospitals, architects and attorneys. PCS has prepared numerous schedules on schools, colleges, aquatic facilities, theatres & transit facilities. Handled contract start up, project planning and scheduling, contract administration including change orders and final close out.
John F. Sims has acted as company representative in law suits. The work involved the coordination of all issues through Legal Council, Claims Consultants, Subcontractors & all other parties involved in the suit.
